Content Marketing Director

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building a brandand creating content in an emerging space with rapid growth.
As the Content MarketingDirector, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy focused on creating top-of-funnel content that drives engagement and qualified leads. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong background in content marketing, original research, and digital media. You will lead the creation of high-quality videos, webinars, blogs, and more, while recruiting and managing subject matter experts to enhance content offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy Development
- Develop and implement top of funnel content strategy that provides unique, useful content for VPs/Directors of Service and Support at enterprise organizations
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
Content Creation
- Create written content including blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and articles for third party publications
- Create compelling visual content including promotional and educational videos, infographics, and one-pagers (with help from external agencies and designers as needed)
- Produce webinar series, including creation of editorial calendar and recruitment of hosts and guest speakers
- Lead strategic content programs including original research and AI strategy sessions
- Manage website content. Create SEO strategy and ensure that all content supports the strategy to increase high-quality traffic and conversions
Content & Community Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of service leaders (subject matter experts) to create content.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives
- Support promotional campaigns through strategic content contributions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or experience in a related field
- 7+ years of experience incorporate marketing, content creation, community development, or digital marketing in a B2B environment
- Proven track record in developing top-of-funnel content
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Experience in recruiting and managing content producers and subject matter experts
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

This is a remote position in the United States. Neuron7 is remote-first, with team members across the US and India.
