Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator will play a key role in the planning and execution of Neuron7’s participation at conferences, trade shows, webinars, customer events, and partner events. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure each event runs smoothly and contributes to our overall business objectives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy setting, loves managing details, and is looking to grow their marketing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for sponsorship and speaking opportunities at conferences, trade shows, webinars, and virtual/in-person events.
• Manage event calendars, timelines, and budgets to ensure all details are executed on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials, booth displays, and presentations.
• Assist in the promotion of events through social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing channels.
• Support post-event follow-ups, including emails, surveys, lead management, and reporting on event success.
• Build relationships with vendors, venues, and other external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Provide administrative support for event registration, travel arrangements, printing, and shipping logistics.

Qualifications

• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in marketing and event management.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media) is a plus.
